Tenant's Notice to Vacate Rental Home Upon Expiration of Lease

(To be completed by Tenant(s) at least 30 days prior to vacating the apartment and returned to Garden Homes Management Corporation) To: GARDEN HOMES MANAGEMENT CORP. Please be advised that I will be vacating my rental home when my lease expires. In accordance with my lease, I agree to pay the rent through the termination date, or if I am occupying my home as a month-to-month tenant, I agree to pay rent through the last day of the month in which I remain in the home. I also agree to: 1. Vacate the rental home by the date below; 2. Turn in all home keys, mailbox keys and shed keys to the resident manager by the date below; 3. Leave the rental home in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted as provided by the lease; 4. Insure that propane tank(s) are filled as of the date above. I understand that in such event, my security deposit will be refunded to me within 30 days after I have vacated the rental home and returned all keys and permits.

Note: A security deposit is used to guarantee performance under the lease. It may not be used to cover the last month's rent. If the last rent payment is not received by the 10th of the month, legal action will be taken and the tenant will be held responsible for any legal fees incurred. Such collection actions will be reported to the appropriate Credit Bureaus and may reflect upon the tenant's credit rating.
